The Annual General Meeting of the Positive Images Festival will take place:
1.15pm - 2.00pm Thursday 24th March 2022
AND
6.00pm – 7.00pm Thursday 31st March 2022
The AGMs will be identical with the same agenda and will be run twice to enable as many of the PIF Network can attend as possible.
Posts on the PIF Executive will be confirmed following the AGMs and the new Executive Committee, will come into effect on 1st June 2022
The Agenda and relevant Papers including The Chair’s Report for 2019- 2021 and up to date accounts, will be sent out in Mid -March.

Confirmation of elections to the Positive Images Festival Executive Committee. (Posts on the Executive Committee will run from April 2022 to March 2023.)
Further information about the Annual General Meeting will be emailed to members in mid March 2022 along with a link to the Zoom meeting.
All member organisations or individuals of the Positive Images Festival will be entitled to take part in the Annual General Meeting on the 24th and 31st March 2022 and to express an interest in one of the Executive Committee posts. An expression of interest will require a seconder from another PIF Affiliated organisation. Please return your expression of interest in one of the Executive Committee posts to positiveimagesfest@yahoo.co.

A list of Executive Posts is attached to this notification along with a brief Job Description of each post.
The deadline for applications of interest is the 1st March 2021.
Please note: Only one member per organisation will be eligible to express an interest in one of the Executive Committee posts.
All expressions of interest in a post on the Executive Committee will be considered by the present Chair and Secretary of the Festival after the 1st March deadline and notified to the membership at the Annual General Meeting on 24th and 31st March.
