The Bi-Annual General Meeting of the Positive Images Festival takes place by Zoom on Thursday 18th March 2021. This meeting was was due to take place in October 2020 but has had to be postponed due to the effects of the Covid 19 Pandemic.
The Agenda of the Bi-Annual General Meeting will include:
Chairs Report 2018 – 2020
Treasurers Report to 2021
The Annual Festival Report 2020
Confirmation of elections to the Positive Images Festival Executive Committee. (Posts on the Executive Committee will run from April 2021 to March 2023.)
Further information about the Bi-Annual General Meeting will be emailed to members in late February 2021 along with a link to the Zoom meeting.
All member organisations or individuals of the Positive Images Festival will be entitled to take part in the Bi-Annual General Meeting on the 18th March 2021 and to express an interest in one of the Executive Committee posts. An expression of interest will require a seconder from another PIF Affiliated organisation. Please return your expression of interest in one of the Executive Committee posts to [email protected].

A list of Executive Posts is attached to this notification along with a brief Job Description of each post.
The deadline for applications of interest is the 18th February 2021.
Please note: Only one member per organisation will be eligible to express an interest in one of the Executive Committee posts.
All expressions of interest in a post on the Executive Committee will be considered by the present Chair and Secretary of the Festival after the 18th February deadline and notified to the membership at the Bi-Annual General Meeting on 18th March.
