Welcome to the 2018 and 24th Positive Images Festival programme, which this year runs from Saturday 16th June to 7th July. To celebrate Coventry being named UK City of Culture 2021, Positive Images will run a number of events and projects throughout July and August, culminating on 12th September, with a special performance by one of Britain’s best known poets, Ian McMillan.

The winners of the competition were announced at the Positive Images Peace Festival Poetry Awards, which will took place on Saturday 18th November 2023 at the LTB Showroom in the city centre.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THE POSITIVE IMAGES FESTIVAL 13th June to 4th July 2020

Sadly due to the current Covid 19 epidemic, this year’s Summer Festival including the Craft and Food Fair and the Community Information Fair 19th June in Broadgate, will be cancelled.

Around the World Competition

Teachers Encourage your students to:

Positive Posts Exhibition

The Positive Posts exhibition put together by Kate Severn Hills, artist and Vice Chair of Positive Images, is now on display at the Central Library until the 8th September.
The exhibition is upstairs on the Balcony area near the Public Computer booking desk.
