THREE WORKSHOPS POSITIVE IMAGES FESTIVAL - COVENTRY CITY OF CULTURE 2021

at the Shop Front Theatre, 38 City Arcade, Coventry CV1 3HW

Saturday 24th and 31st August and Sunday 8th September

All workshops 10.00am to 12 noon

These workshops bring together two artists using different mediums, Mahendra Patel, Kadence Music will lead the Hand-Drumming Workshop and Fran Egan Kelly, the Singing Workshop. Participants will produce 3 songs
during the workshops using song and hand-drumming.
So come along and and find your inner inspiration. You don’t need to be good at singing or hand-drumming but your natural talents will be harnessed by the workshop leaders to develop your techniques and skills.

Mahendra Patel is a full-time musician/drummer/percussionist specialising in playing by ear. This year has seen him hosting drumming workshops around the city. So come along and take advantage as he teams up with Fran.

Fran Egan Kelly is a singer, specialising in adding her own unique tone and singing quality in many bands this has highlighted her ability to also sing by ear. So come along for some masterclass workshops of the highest level.

Refreshments, materials and drums provided.

Booking is recommended as the workshops are limited to 12 attendees for each session.
